  I hate going to the dentist, I hate dentist's offices, and I hate waiting rooms in dentist's offices. I usually put it off as much as I can and get a lot of anxiety even walking through the door.
  
  From the minute I walked in the door at Oak Lawn Smiles Family Dentistry, you notice this is not your typical dentist office. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, the paperwork to fill out is minimal if any. Appointment started right on time so there was no awful waiting and x-rays were painless and quick. Dr. Theresa was friendly and professional and took the time to explain parts of the x-ray to me. The cleaning went quick and painless, the assistant was gentle and I got to watch tv while the cleaning was going on.
  
  Overall, another excellent experience. You can't beat the customer service and i definitely have a new and improved perception on what a dentist office and a dentist visit can be.
